First, set up a physical and complete this form for baseline concussion testing. All information about physicals can be found here under the resources tab.

Once you have completed the concussion testing form, please email sbgauchoclubtennis@gmail.com, to organize a time for you to take the concussion test.

You then need to update your information on DSE, which can be done here under registration for tennis

Once the previous steps are done, the next step is to pay dues ($150 for Rec and $400 for Competitive), which can be done by emailing sbgauchoclubtennis@gmail.com your perm number so that dues can be charged to your BARC account
